EXCEL'S CLEAR SEAL
An aqueous polymer solution which is used to provide water and oil resistance to porous surfaces such as concrete, natural sonte, brick, unglazed ceramic tile, and all porous masonry surfaces. Clear Seal can be used both indoors and outdoors to keep surfaces looking stain free longer. Clear Seal prevents stain-causing liquids from soaking into the floor. Clear Seal protects surfaces against oil-based stains such as cooking oil, grease, motor ilis, and suntan lotions without creating a barrier coating.
Covers approximately 500-1000 square feet(surface) based on material type.
