Lo-Test is an acidic pre-treatment formulated for cleaning man made ceramic, porcelain, and quarry tile and grout.  Lo-Test uses the latest surfactant technology to help dissolve grease and oil while maintaining an acidic pH.  Lo-Test's low pH eliminates scale, mineral deposits and embedded stains from tile and grout walls and floors.

Lo-Test is one of the few products that oxidizes grout lines with a acidic pH but is able to hold a degreser and still be stable.  This product is strongly recommended to be applied with a mop.  This fantastic product has long been Excel Cleaning & Restoration Supplies best seller!
