Returns: In the event that you are dissatisfied with anything you purchase from us, excluding special orders, simply return the item for a 15% restocking fee refund within 30 days of receipt! However, in order for us to receive credit from our vendors, we must have all such items returned within 30 days of purchase. When returning chemicals and accessories, items must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging.
